What Happened
According to Baltimore Police Commissioner Richard Worley, officers were alerted around noon to a fight involving at least three individuals near Wilson and Pennsylvania Avenues. Authorities were monitoring the situation through city CCTV cameras when they observed one of the individuals carrying a knife.
Officers on patrol were directed to the scene and attempted to stop the suspect. However, the man fled, leading to a foot chase through the neighborhood.
