She Was Weeks Away From Becoming a Mother — Now Her Boyfriend Is Gone After Deadly Police Chase Crash

A tragic incident in Pomona, California, has left a family shattered after a domestic violence suspect allegedly caused a fatal crash that claimed three lives, including an unborn child just weeks from birth.

Authorities say 31-year-old Marshall Judson now faces three counts of murder following the deaths of Jennifer Loera-Zarco, 25, her partner Marc Anthony Trejo Saldivar, 26, and their unborn baby boy.

Police responded Wednesday night to a domestic violence call on East 10th Street. While officers were speaking with the victim, Judson reportedly returned to the scene, drove recklessly, and intentionally struck a patrol vehicle before fleeing. A pursuit followed, ending in a devastating collision on Garey Avenue where Judson crashed into the couple’s car.

Both Loera-Zarco and Trejo Saldivar were pronounced dead at the scene. The unborn baby, whom the family said was just weeks away from being born, did not survive.

Family members described the couple as loving and excited to welcome their first child. During a vigil, Loera-Zarco’s sister emphasized the loss of all three lives, calling the unborn baby “his own person” who was “almost here.”

Judson was arrested at the scene. Police recovered a firearm and components from his vehicle. He remains in custody without bond and is expected to appear in court soon.

The community continues to mourn as loved ones remember a future that was tragically cut short.
