The El Paso Police Department is asking for the community’s help in locating a missing 16-year-old girl who was last seen over the weekend.
According to police, Amaya Lucero Moto Garcia was last seen around 12:45 p.m. on Saturday, April 4, in the 7600 block of Alameda in El Paso. Since then, her whereabouts remain unknown, raising concern among authorities and loved ones.
Amaya is described as being approximately 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighing around 200 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes. At the time she went missing, she was wearing a purple T-shirt, black leggings, and black boots.
Police also noted that Amaya requires medication, which adds urgency to the search efforts. Officers are asking residents in the area to remain alert and report anything that could help bring her home safely.
