A 19-year-old Fort Wayne man is dead after being shot at the Canterbury Green apartment complex — and nearly two days later, no one has been charged.
The Allen County Coroner’s Office has identified the victim as Noah Price. He died from a gunshot wound to the torso. His death has been officially ruled a homicide.
“His death has been ruled a homicide — the 11th in Allen County this year.”
The shooting occurred Wednesday. Fort Wayne Police Department and the Allen County Coroner’s Office are both continuing to investigate the circumstances surrounding his death.
Price becomes the 11th homicide victim in Allen County in 2026 — a grim marker for a community already grappling with a rise in gun violence.
As of now, no suspects have been arrested or publicly named in connection with the shooting. Authorities have not released additional details about what led to the shooting or whether any witnesses have come forward.
