A routine stop at a Virginia gas station turned deadly late Sunday night — and now a 42-year-old employee is behind bars.
What Happened?
Just after midnight, a fight broke out at the Shell gas station on Dumfries Road in Dumfries, Virginia — about 30 miles southwest of Washington, D.C.
Michael Orlando Dickey, a gas station employee, got into a physical altercation with 20-year-old Jonathan David Ferreyra Agapito near the fuel pumps.
According to Prince William County Police, Dickey pulled out a knife and stabbed Agapito once in the upper body.
The Victim Didn’t Survive
Agapito collapsed near the pumps and became unresponsive. Emergency responders arrived quickly — but it was too late. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
He was just 20 years old.
What Charges Were Filed?
Dickey was arrested and charged with manslaughter. He is currently being held without bond. No court date has been set yet.

Police have not revealed what triggered the argument between the two men. The investigation is active, and authorities are asking anyone with information to come forward.
