HAMILTON, Ohio — A Fairfield Township man has been arrested and is now facing multiple felony charges in connection with a deadly crash that claimed the lives of three people, including a 10-year-old child, in Hamilton late last year. Authorities say the tragic collision was not a routine traffic accident but the final outcome of an aggressive road rage incident that unfolded across multiple locations.
According to law enforcement officials, 41-year-old Brandon Begley was indicted by a Butler County grand jury on three counts of aggravated vehicular homicide. Begley was taken into custody early Thursday morning, as confirmed by records from the Butler County Jail.
