According to officials, Keith T. Young, 19, of Millbrook, was involved in a devastating crash around 12:30 a.m. while driving his 2007 Honda Accord. The incident occurred on U.S. Highway 231 near the 189 mile-marker, approximately two miles south of Rockford.
