LITTLE ROCK, Arkansas — A late-night shooting in downtown Little Rock has left one man dead, prompting an active investigation by the Little Rock Police Department.
Officers were dispatched to the 600 block of East 9th Street just before 9:00 p.m. on February 27 following reports of gunfire in the area. When police arrived at the scene, they discovered a man who appeared to have suffered a fatal gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
