Columbus, Georgia – Police in north Columbus have arrested two adult suspects and one juvenile in connection with an armed robbery that escalated into gunfire, according to the Columbus Police Department.

The incident occurred in the 5600 block of Alice Drive near 54th Street, an area that has seen increased police patrols in recent months due to safety concerns.

Suspects Identified and Arrested

Following the investigation, police arrested the following individuals:

  • Maurice Badie, 20
  • Travis Yarbrough, 21
  • One juvenile suspect, whose identity has not been released due to age

Both adult suspects are now facing serious felony charges, while the juvenile’s case will be handled separately under juvenile justice procedures.
